What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

TabTrade - The Short Version

TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background matters. It suggests the person running this has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. Still preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something that launched in March 2026, the breadth is broad.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both matters. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the alternative. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. cBot support. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.

FIX API is available for bots but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently coming. That would make the platform set when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. $0 to start. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not relevant to most retail traders. Skip it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

This is where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is something about priorities.

Put together that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering holds up. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.

Regulation

Now, the detail that requires honesty. Tab Trade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Scam brokers do not bother with Equinix connectivity. That does not guarantee anything. It should factor into your decision.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off works is your call.

The Bonus

TabTrade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You deposit, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
